Looking into the Darkness
One night in front of television the whole room went black. The power meter had run out of money.
Without a candle or torch I groped around in the dark to where the power board was. Usually there is a stack of coins for this kind of emergency. Not so tonight.
After some more groping and searching through a darkened house I finally found what I was looking for. When the coin fell down the slot, power was restored.
Our lives are like this. Without Jesus we are living in darkness. We wander around not really knowing anything; except wrong things.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No man comes to the father except through me.” John 14v6
